Need Prototyping?
Here is my general workflow for design and development in 7 steps.
Where are you on this path?
1. An idea leads to sketches.
2. Sketches lead to drawings.
3. Drawings lead to 3-D models.
4. 3D Models lead to physical prototypes.
5. Prototypes bring us to testing.
6. Testing to refinement.
7. Refinement brings us to the final product.
These 7 steps represent the milestones crossed along the path of product design and development. I can assist you through the whole spectrum and beyond into manufacturing and product fulfillment. Or, I can assist you through one or several of the steps. Because of my drafting and problem-solving strengths, I am well suited for taking sketches and drawings into 3D models that help bring your product into a visual world that looks real on a screen. I can organize the drawings and models in a format that is ideal for the patent attorney to use when submitting your patent filing or use that data to move into rapid-prototyping and testing. Put simply, I own and operate the fastest FDM 3-D printers and run the industries standard 3D modeling software for product development which is Soldworks. I have a great track record of bringing napkin sketches into reality.
